The shipping charges varies depending on the size and weight of the item. Health Bin automatically calculates the shipping charge for the items in your shopping cart.
Your order should be received within 14 business days. If items are not available, you will be notified. Our standard shipping is via Canada Post Expedited service. International orders will take longer. There are 3 ways for you to order:

Return Policy

All Health Bin products are fully guaranteed against defect in material and workmanship. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, contact Health Bin for prompt action. No action can be taken after 15 days.
If, for any other reason, you should find the product to be unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 15 days of receipt for purchase price credit. Medicine and perishable items are non-refundable.
The product must be returned in unused condition for full product credit. Use extra caution when packing breakable items to avoid damage. With the exception of shipping errors, Health Bin does not refund/credit shipping and handling fees.
Due to Health Canada regulations, we will not accept any returns on health supplements and products.
International Orders - Ensure BEFORE placing any order on any item that it is allowed in your country. No refunds will be given if your products get seized or disallowed by customs. These products are for personal use only and are purchased at your own risk.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges is calculated by Canada Post depending on the location of where the package is delivered to.
Our system is linked to the Canada Post estimation system and calculates the cost based on the destination where the package is getting delivered to. There is no fixed shipping charges and it varies from destination to destination.
